Books

What Now? is a topical devotional book designed to help you understand what the Bible has to say about all kinds of hardships.  Hardships are REAL!  We all experience struggles in our lives festering from our own choices or from choices others made for us.  Those choices can make us feel trapped and freedom can seem distant. Having grown up in an abusive home, Ashley understands hardship.  She has experienced heartbreak.  What Now? was written to show you how to break the chains of condemnation and find freedom.  Ashley's lessons will help you replace lies with TRUTH, so that you can overcome through Jesus who is waiting for you to surrender it all to Him.

The Lord put it on my heart to write this book while teaching at a local pregnancy resource center. Many women walking through those doors were hurting for various reasons, and you may be too. While Jesus never promised that we would be without trouble, He did promise that He would be with us through everything. He has proven this to me over and over again, even through some of my toughest times. He will prove Himself to you, too. My prayer is that you will give all your struggles and hurts to the Lord, allowing Him to fight your battles for you, and in return you will gain the FREEDOM that is only found in Him. Through this easy to read topical devotional, you will see my personal struggle, read what scripture says about it, ask yourself questions and apply what you learn to help you overcome. These lessons can be done individually, with a friend or in a small group setting.

We are surrounded by so many lies. It is time to start fighting with the truth

Selah Take a pause.png

With the word “Selah” occurring over 70 times in the book of Psalms, we should probably take notice. While the meaning of the word is to pause, God is calling us to do that same thing.

God wants us to slow down and take a moment to get to know Him better on a deeper level. He wants us to be in awe of Him, and fall deeper in love with Him everyday.

LORD You are My Song Front Cover.jpg

This devotional is unique. With Songs of the Blessed being the first in this book series of LORD You are My Song, we will dive in and focus on chapters 1-41 in Psalms. This devotional highlights the verse, and then will expound on that verse, adding in the original Hebrew definitions of those words—giving you a greater depth of what the Psalmist was writing. No fluff, no opinions, all meat. You will then have an opportunity to write how the LORD is your song, and what He has done for you as you relate to the scriptures.

He is worthy of our praise. He is worthy of our Song.
